contact an Otetiana Council employee by telephone:
Dial the telephone number next to the employee's position.
If the person you are calling is on the telephone, out-of-the-office
or away from the desk you will be connected to that person's
voice mail. Please leave a detailed message including the reason
you are calling, your name, and your telephone number.
If the message is urgent, press zero, "0", and you will be connected
