| Youth wishing to serve on a NYLT staff must: |
- Have completed the NYLT course
- Commit to participate in all staff development activities
- Agree to abide by the staff agreement
- Exemplify the Scout Oath and Law

Benefits
Youth staffing a NYLT course will internalize and demonstrate the leadership skills of the NYLT program. The personal development attained by staff members provides increased understanding and proficiency in leadership.

To apply, complete a staff application <link> and return to the Otetiana Council Scout Servicecenter.
